While roman by origin but Florentine by heart, Federica built the agency on a foundation of excellence. Throughout over 15 years, Once has specialized in designing bespoke creative events, managing institutional relations, curating communication strategies and producing art exhibitions. Founder & CEO

As CEO and founder, Federica Rotondo brings over twenty years of experience in event conception, planning, and execution. She holds a degree in International Relations, completing her thesis on comparative lobby analysis between America and the rest of the world. Her strong passion for contemporary art led her to pursue a Master degree from Treccani in Curating and Art Criticism. Federica has established herself as the creator and organizer of international exhibitions and artistic projects, while excelling as an expert in corporate development and communication strategies.

Partner & Wedding Specialist

As Partner and Event Specialist, Chiara Mascellani combines her degree in Media, Communication, and Journalism with a Master’s in Event Organization from the European School of Economics in London to bring expertise and creativity to every project. A natural perfectionist with strong problem-solving skills, she faces challenges with positivity and care.
