Over 300 international guests, three iconic Venetian venues, and vendors from four countries—Markus and Elisabeth’s wedding celebration was a joyful two-day gathering that came together seamlessly through meticulous planning and coordination. Once Extraordinary Events & LUX provided comprehensive coordination, encompassing timeline management, transportation logistics, and 24/7 on-site coordination to ensure a flawless experience.
Friday: An Elegant Beginning
Following the couple’s intimate ceremony, we coordinated an elegant family luncheon at Hotel Cipriani featuring waterfront terraces overlooking the Venetian lagoon. Working alongside Brilliant Communications, our team managed venue coordination and specialized water transportation across Venice’s canals.
Guests traveled to Hotel Excelsior in Venice Lido for the welcome reception, where our production team coordinated live entertainment, welcome cocktails, and sunset dining experiences. The beachside terrace buzzed with guests enjoying drinks under yellow umbrellas while live music played in the background.
Saturday: The Grand Celebration
The main celebration unfolded at Venice’s iconic Arsenale. Our team transformed the historic brick archways into sophisticated suspended floral installations, and an outdoor spectacle transformed into an Italian summer dream.
This celebration showcased our ability to orchestrate international talent seamlessly. We coordinated with Austrian catering services, audio-visual production based in Switzerland, and Italy’s finest local artisans. The evening included performances by a golden-gowned string quartet and Alessandro Ristori who brought the party to life.
