Founded in 2008 in Florence by Federica Rotondo, CEO and Founder, the agency boasts over 15 years of experience in the industry, with a unique specialization in the conception and execution of events, institutional relations, communications, and art exhibitions.

Our team is made up of highly qualified consultants and professionals from the business, wedding, art, service, and communications sectors. Thanks to this synergy, we are able to design and execute unique, one-of-a-kind events, with meticulous attention to every detail, from the conceptual phase through to their execution.

FEDERICA ROTONDO
Founder & CEO

CEO and founder of Once Extraordinary Events, with over twenty years of experience in the conception, planning, and execution of events. She holds a degree in International Relations, with a thesis on “Lobbying: A Comparative Analysis Between the United States and the Rest of the World.” She has a deep passion for contemporary art and holds a Treccani Master’s degree in “Curating and Art Criticism.” She is the creator and organizer of international exhibitions and artistic projects. She is an expert in brand promotion and corporate communication strategies.

CHIARA MASCELLANI
Partner & Wedding Specialist

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, and Journalism and a master’s degree in Event Management from the European School of Economics in London. My attention to detail and problem-solving skills enable me to tackle every challenge with efficiency and a positive attitude. My empathy helps me connect with people and understand their needs, turning every event into an unforgettable experience.

With over ten years of experience as a production coordinator in the events industry, she is a meticulous and creative professional. She supports every stage of the planning and organization process with dedication and reliability, ensuring efficient and timely management. Thanks to her organizational skills, every event is transformed into a meticulously planned project, executed flawlessly and delivering memorable results for clients and guests alike.
