A Tavola Sulla Spiaggia is a culinary competition celebrating the creativity, friendship, and tradition of Forte dei Marmi. For 33 years, this prestigious event has brought together twelve amateur contestants who compete with innovative beach recipes that capture the essence of traditional Italian cuisine.
Each competitor presents their dish to two distinguished panels: a technical jury of starred chefs, wine producers, and culinary opinion leaders, alongside a prestigious press jury. This year’s panel included 40 prominent food journalists and renowned chefs, including Michelin Star chefs Gianfranco Vissani and Paolo Lavezzini.
2025: A Tribute to Tradition
The 33rd edition took place over two days at the iconic La Capannina di Franceschi: the competition on Sunday June 29, followed by the awards ceremony on Sunday July 6. This year’s theme, “Homage to Forte dei Marmi,” included six previous winners among the twelve competitors, celebrating the event’s rich history.
Renato Raimo claimed victory with his innovative dish “cuttlefish with beet,” which perfectly balanced traditional coastal ingredients with contemporary presentation.
