GALILEO PRIZE 2000

On the occasion of the 14th edition of the Premio Galileo 2000, held at the Teatro della Pergola in Florence, Once Events took care of the press office activity.

The intent of the initiative is to support and promote a musical event that is an expression of the artistic continuity of the time.
The following were awarded: for Economy Jean Claude Juncker; for Human Rights Marjam Irisbaeva and Livia Giuggoli Firth; for Science and Technology Policy Josè Manuel Barroso; for Peace Ivo Josipovic’; for culture the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino; “A life for music Giglio d’Oro” award to Haris Alexiou and finally, “Golden Pentagram”! to the youth orchestras of the Fiesole School of Music.
